Since 1993

This Pilot Project is designed to implement the Guidelines approach, formulating a plan of action for the moderate to severe head injury patients (Glasgow Coma Score/GCS 5-12) evaluated and treated in the government sector hospitals.
The plan focuses on implementation of early and proper stabilization, airway management, fluid resuscitation and appropriate transfer when necessary. Using proper data collection, we are verifying guidelines implementation and identifying gaps or delay in care delivery.
